This place is like section 8 housing. Our unit had to be opened by a screwdriver, the toilets didn't work, lights didn't work and it was dirty and not maintained. I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again

The property was spacious, and my unit was as large as an apartment, so I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, but the best thing about it is that I went down there to see spring training games, and its location just north of Phoenix meant that I was within a half hour of all of the ball parks! The people running the place were very nice as well!

The space was great! Nice big hotel room. The only problems were: pool didn’t look clean and safe, there were a lot of shady people after dark at the property, two roaches came out of the kitchen sink, some of the light switches did not work.
