Comfortable place in a great location

The property is clean, well appointed and in a great location close to everything and right next to South Mountain’s hiking trails. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Phoenix area.

Our four year old granddaughter gives two thumbs to the heated pool! Her dad loved the mountain biking right across the road! Access to the airport, groceries and shopping is easy too. This place is as advertised.

Great family stay!

Great week-long stay for our family of four! Great communication with the host and they even had some household good delivered after we ran out. Nice proximity to the airport, but a bit of a drive to most other destinations; 20-30 minutes to most everywhere we went.

Everything about this place was as advertised! We spent majority of our time by the pool and in the kitchen. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed. Location is prime for hike, short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops and ice cream! Would definitely hear again!

Relaxing Stay

Stay was great. Property is in quiet clean neighborhood and it was perfect for our group. Hiking trails very close by and nice area just to take a walk. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Host was great to deal with and made our stay very pleasant. I’ll definitely be back.

This is a beautiful property! Ricardo thought of everything. Home is in great shape. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen is huge and well stocked. Everything is updated. The back yard, with pool and hot tub is a perfect oasis. The pool can be heated. It was so clean, as was the hot tub. The neighborhood felt safe and was a wonderful walking neighborhood, with a nice park/playground two blocks away. We will return here year after year for our winter escape!

Great location/quiet, safe neighborhood

Loved staying here! South mountain trails are a few houses down and very easy to access. The house was super clean with great amenities. The pool is fantastic. The owner was extremely responsive and communicative. Grocery is 3 mins away and I-10 is less than 5 mins away. Such a great location. Planning to stay here again on our next trip! Thank you Mark!

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this house. It was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had every appliance one could need. The pool was great and the view of the mountain from the hot tub was very pretty. The backyard is private. The owners responded quickly to some queries we had and asked for any feedback to make the stay better, which was nice. The location is good, in a quiet neighborhood but with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and with easy access to the I-10. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy comfortable stay

I cam here with my 1 yr old and it made my like so easy to have a high chair and pack and play. Everything was great, pool, hottub and kitchen all spectacular The ONLY negative and this isn’t something to not book because of: the water is hard, so ladies pack extra leave in conditioner :)
