The Space:

Located on the third floor of a newly renovated building with a street view, this spacious apartment offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Each of the two separate private bedrooms features windows for fresh air and sunlight, individual AC units, ample closet space, and cozy beds with provided linens.

The living room area is thoughtfully designed for socializing and relaxation, with a comfortable dining area perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials for cooking homemade meals or simply enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. A large couch invites you to unwind for a movie night or binge-watching session and can also be converted into a sofa bed. The dining area, with seating for 2, doubles as a convenient "Work From Home" station, supported by powerful and reliable WiFi.

In the kitchen, you'll find an electric oven and stove, spacious fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, plates, utensils, and everything you need for meal preparation and dining at home.

Each apartment is equipped with electric baseboard heaters, typically white or cream-colored metal units positioned along the lower parts of the walls. Most units feature a temperature control knob, while some may have a main control unit in the living room or kitchen area. Adjusting the knob provides warmth, creating a cozy environment in the space.
