Several times heard staff shouting in the hall. Woke up this morning to a staff member cleaning the next room and they continually shouted for over an hour and at one point punched the wall adjoining to my room.

The hotel is conveniently located for access to shopping, dining and transportation. The bed was comfortable. The check in was hectic, one person was working. I don't know why pre check in was offered if the inconvenience of waiting is still necessary. The room (King bed) was small with little hardly any space between the foot of the bed and the chair under the desk. The chair needs to be replaced because it's very warm. There were no shelves in the shower for soap; no bar on the shower door for my towel; the shower head was non detachable with one setting. And, the HVAC system is disturbingly loud when engaged.
