This home is conveniently located in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia with easy access to downtown, the suburbs, and many of the nearby colleges including Villanova, Haverford, Rosemont, Drexel, Temple and University of Pennsylvania.

This is a 4 bedroom townhome located in the desirable neighborhood of East Falls.

Upon entering the home, the first floor is the kitchen and the living room. There is a half bathroom on this floor.

On the next floor, you have two bedrooms and an office. Each bedroom has a queen bed

On the third floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed and access to the roof deck.

In the basement is the garage and the gym.

Please note there is an additional $50 pet fee per pet per night. All pets must be approved prior to booking.

For bookings 28 days or longer, utilities are covered up to $200 per month. Any overages will be charged back to the guest.
