Enter via the ground floor living area that incorporates a comfortable sitting room, centrally located slow combustion wood fire, fully equipped galley kitchen and dining for 6. Theres a cosy rear courtyard with separate outdoor dining table, gas bbq and refreshing outdoor shower. The bathroom and laundry are convenietly located off the kitchen.
