Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The dirtiest showers and toilets you’ll ever see in an Australian hotel imo. Not cleaned at all with rubbish not having moved in my stay. Shower heads were broken in both showers , which might explain why they weren’t ever cleaned. I think it’s a simple fix though , they just need care enough to do it.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Went there at around 11 pm the manager who was supposed to open the door for checking in didn’t pickup the phone or showed up until 1 am in the morning rang him about 50 times no answer no reply to text messages. And when he finally showed up in the middle of night his reason for not showing up was blamed onto new management no accountability was taken also was telling me he is supposed to charge me late check-in fee . no amenities in shower room rooms were covered in dust and spiderwebs on the windows. It looked like Windows were not cleaned for a decade .if I could give them minus rating I would
