The beach was wonderful and so relaxing. A quick reminder if you didn't bring any chairs you can rent them as well as umbrellas for $15 and up. The staff was wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Our room was very spacious with many flat surfaces to place things on. They are right on the beach. You have pool privileges at the several adjoining hotels. The staff was incredible, especially James Dean at the front desk ( yes just like the movie star). The hotel called me ahead of my stay as a courtesy to let me know that there was a daily parking fee, just in case I didn’t know. I really appreciated that! There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby. They had a small retail section in case you needed something on your trip.

The woman at the desk was wonderful, but I didn’t have a shower curtain and I couldn’t use the phone. She immediately got a shower curtain and was supposed to send someone up for the phone but I never found out how to use the phone or if it needed to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Our stay was EXCELLENT!! Our room was extremely clean with plenty of linens for use. Picture perfect view. While getting checked in, I explained that this was my daughter's sweet 16 birthday gift since she didn't want a party. The next day, (I do apologize for forgetting her name) called my daughter over and presented a couple of gifts. We deeply appreciate the hospitality of the staff. We will most definitely return. Highly recommend.

Room was very clean, had a great view from the balcony. Beach area was amazing this time of the year. October, definitely will be our trip to Pensacola, Fl from now on. The staff was so friendly and amazing. Peaceful and quiet. Definitely staying here again. Room 442
