Casino & Food is Awesome. Hotel Room was lacking.

Casino, food, and bars are amazing, highly recommend. Our room was a huge disappointment. One of the more expensive rooms I've paid for. We did the Stay Well room, which was supposed to come with a lot of comfort amenities, and it just wasn't there. Blackout curtains were damaged and would not close all the way. There was a beam of sunlight that would hit our face while in bed unless we sat just right. The fridge door was loose and you would have to pick it up to close it properly. It was slightly open when we checked in and nothing inside it was cold. There were quite a few hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Mainly in corners, so likely missed during cleaning. This last one wasn't as avoidable by the hotel, but still a bummer for our experience. There was a crack or something in the water pipe under the sink. We had water all over the floor from the bathroom to the outside of it. Maintenance came by and fixed it same day, which was great, but again, just another thing that kind of ruined our experience.

The hotel itself is nice. For the price, I feel the mini bar choices are less than average. Basic snacks and drinks you get from the corner liquor store. Our room was nice, but the floor in the shower was grimy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We did not use it. The sink closest to the bathroom door clogged up when you ran the water. Also, there were no face towels (washcloths). While the aesthetics are nice outside of the rooms — the inside of the room was a huge disappointment. Made me feel like I wouldn’t want to walk around with no shoes on. Parking was full at Aria so we had to park in the Cosmopolitans garage and trek all the way to Nepal — I mean Aria.

Our first room - the lights did not work and it took a few hours to get moved. Hard to talk to the front desk as the phone wasn't working well either. The second room the bar fridge did not work.. staff were not as helpful as in the past.

To big, getting off the elevator, it took five minutes just to walk to my room. Had to walk through the casino every time just to get to the elevator. I’m not much of us smoker so that was kind of annoying.

We stayed here for a week after new years. Everything was great and you can’t go wrong with the location on the strip. You’re basically in the center and can walk both sides. Only issue we had was the water shutting down for a few hours but they did take away the resort fees. Would def. Stay here again if the price is right.
