This was the first time staying off Disney property. Jake, our manager, was always very quick to answer our questions and was wonderful to deal with. The place was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We loved having a screened in balcony that overlooked one of the beautiful pools. The location was also perfect to get to the Disney parks. We would love to stay here again in the future!!!!

Studio was clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was a little crazy - but was fine... the room and property are super convenient to Orlando activities and a safe very nice property. I was only in for a quick overnight so I did not have a chance to look at all the amenities the property offers. Stayed here thurs thru Sunday in oct 2019. Everything was very clean, property was well appointed with shops, places for food, pools and alcohol and snack bars at the pool. Staff was friendly! And this was for every member- maids, handymen, bellhops... We used Shuttle service to Epcot, only wish was for a shuttle to and from airport. Had the 1 bedroom- bed was very comfortable, pull out sofa (didn’t use) cute screened in porch with furniture. Bathroom was nice separate toilet from shower and jetted bathtub. Will most certainly stay here again!!

Easy to rent the room. Room itself was basic for what we needed, nice view from balcony. Easy to reach the property manager if needed. Charges for WiFi we weren't told about, also they try to get you to attend a timeshare sales presentation. Bed was alright, no fitted sheets which we found odd. 4-5 stars!

The place did its job. We had loud neighbors partying next door to us. The pull out sofa was terrible. Almost unbearable to sleep on. They had a few pools which was nice. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the water activity for the kids outside that you had to pay for which we had no idea. It was an okay place but will not be returning.

Good location to visit theme parks

Our host was very responsive, even offering to help us book theme park tickets in advance of our trip. Our interactions were great. There were a few minor issues with the property that stopped us from enjoying it as much as we might have liked: one cockroach found in the bathroom (not unusual in Florida this time of year), a light that flickered so we just kept it off and the tv was not hooked up to service. Wasn't a problem to leave one light off and we only wanted to watch tv once, so overall, these minor things didn't impact our trip very much. Nicely located near Disney theme parks and the mini-market on the property was super convenient! The spa was nice. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I would not recommend for someone on a business trip. First room had antiquated air conditioning unit which sounded like a jet buzz saw going off every 15 min. Front desk told me others have complained about this. Second room was above basketball courts and pool. Constant kids screaming until 11 pm. Not the place for me.

Nice for the money

The room was dated and the linens were not great. The couch was terrible to sleep on and the mattress was super squeaky that it kept everyone up. We moved the mattress off the couch into the floor and finally was able to sleep but it was not comfy. The kitchenette area was cute and tidy. There was not a broom to sweep up a spill in the bathroom which kinda sucked but we made do. The shower door is very hard to open and my kid About freaked out thinking they were stuck. The staff was super nice and helpful, the grounds are beautiful!
