Found 3 roaches in my bathroom and tub faucet kept dripping. Also a smoke smell was in my room that got all over my clothes. Other then those points i enjoyed my stay and the staff were really nice

The hotel staff is trying to keep this place clean, they are very friendly and professional but I think no matter what it's the people they let live there with pets and they are dirty and filthy that no matter how hard the staff try to keep this place up it's to many filthy people living with pets that have turned this place into a pigs pen, it's a shame cause this place has potential but it's a filth and dirt magnet, i don't understand how people can live so filthy durty and smelly on top with odor of pet urine and all sirts if mysty smells. SHAME

Ive stayed here twice in the last month for work. Excellent place. Room number 222 was freaking awesome! Big bathroom, wall thermostat AC. Awesome TV with ALL of the ESPN channels.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The photos and the fact that Orbitz rated this as a 3 star hotel was very misleading. I was a female traveling alone and felt very unsafe. The hotel and rooms themselves were very dirty; the rugs and walls in the hallways were stained, it smelt like smoke, mold and dogs.. in the room I didn’t want to touch anything or sit on the bed and the pillows they gave you were paper thin. There were rough looking people hanging out in the parking lot and walking around constantly. I decided after 2 hours of being there that I did not want to stay, so I requested a refund which I received. I will say, the staff at the front was very friendly and professional but that was the only positive. I wouldn’t bring children here or come here if you’re a single female. I wouldn’t even bring my dogs there to be honest.

I have lived for many months in Medellín over the years and Laureles is my favorite neighborhood. This has been the best stay. Beautiful apartment with all amenities you need and cleaning service. Amazing bright open windows and view!!! Host was amazing.

This hotel has potential but seems the owners could care less about it, people with pets have left the place smelling like a zoo and seems like the hire cleaning staff just to seem like they clean, I can here about a year ago and it wasn't this horrible, the rooms are pretty updated but seem they don't keep up, had to do a deep cleaning to feel comfortable, if this place is accepting government assistance it will probably be runned down to the ground
