Easy check in once access was resolved. Walking distance to grocery and eating. Very close to the venue easy commute. The wine open was broken. Needs to be replaced.
I gave the property overall rating a 4 because the vista cay property owner were not diligent in taking care of the hallway area. There was a flood coming from the house keeping closet on the first floor which covered the entire hallway getting feet and luggage wet walking through couldn’t be avoided. There was standing water for 2 days. I had to walk to the front desk for them to resolve which took them a 1.5 days to resolve. Also after they cleaned up the water it began to flood again. Seems like there is a repair they are not resolving.
