Just wanted to share with everyone This hotel has rude front desk staff I don't know but when I'm working as the face of the business I should great everyone with a hi, hello or how can I help you???? At this hotel the front desk just stare at you....odd I would not recommend and FYI it has roaches in the room

O hotel é extremamente sujo. Os corredores são sujos, o quarto está sujo, a banheira é muito suja, tem uma barata morta no chão do banheiro. A banheira está entupida e a pia também. Eu pretendo não voltar mais e não quero nem imaginar como será o café da manhã

Since we have been here the stove burner did not work. Yes I did report it. When the man did switch it out was worse. All it did was smoke we still couldn’t cook. The unit to cool or heat the room only blow straight cold air. I do feel the prices of the room I should have proper working items. When I did report the issues it was ok nothing else. Been here approximately 1 week to not have things working properly or able to cook as we should wow I would never ever think that would have been handle this way

Don’t stay here if you can find better.

Old and outdated on the inside but that wasn’t a big deal to us since it was 2 night stay. Pros: Convenient location to icon park, restaurants and amusement parks, free parking, well lit parking lot, no bugs in room, clean-ish, decent water pressure in shower, clean linens, surprisingly quiet even though there were people who actually lived there. Cons: unfriendly staff, no security cameras, 2nd floor smells like marijuana, no actual grab and go breakfast (coffee with only flavored creamer.) they say they offer muffins and granola bars. All that was offered was coffee and oatmeal but no utensils, pull out couch was disgusting with questionable stains, bathroom was no bigger than a closet, mattress was old and had an indent. I expected a cleaner and friendlier hotel for $125/night. I don’t recommend staying here and will not give this place a second chance. Make sure to read further into the reviews unlike me. There are far better options for the price.

Terrible experience, can't believe it

This was the worst hotel stay experience we have had. I can't believe we paid @237.35 for 2 nights stay at this crappy place. I can list down some of the things we experienced at this horrible hotel: 1. The hallways and the room had terrible smell of marijuana or something. It was difficult to even breathe when walking through the hallways and elevator. 2. The room was so terrible, everything was sticky and felt terrible to touch, including walls, switches, sink, taps, beds, sofa, table, etc 3. The room was infested with red ants and cockroaches everywhere 4. There bedsheets and blankets and pillow covers had terrible stains and terrible smell. 5. The bathroom towels were untouchable, we had to go buy new towels from outside. 6. The advertised continental breakfast was a BIG joke. They had not warm coffee and few small muffins, thats it.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The property appears to be poorly maintained. My room was unacceptable: the towels and sheets were dirty, there was a significant amount of hair in the room, and a pervasive smoke odor. These unsanitary conditions forced me to check out after only one night.

Had five travelers and only four towels, when asked for towels was told had to bring dirty one and exchange. No hair dryer, utensils, toaster in room. Had to beg desk. Had to go get toilet paper. Hallways smelled.

Horrific Place

The room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and weed. There was a shower cap on the fire detector. The bathroom was dirty and swamped with cockroaches. The sheets on the bed were definitely not washed. I booked the room for 2 nights but checked out at 6am after the first night. The front desk person could not print me a receipt and said the manager will email me one later. Of course that didn’t happen. I emailed the hotel twice just asking for a receipt - but was ignored.

i already speak with expedia representative .hotel is very dirty .!. its not like you show on the photos shod be removed from Expedia beacose its not what you show on the photos . Its ridicules i come for convention and have VERY BAD experiences with this dirty room.very dissatisfied of this stay i pay for this hotel 1673.09 and waiting for compensation . also i will do comets on social media and other side to avoid this situation for anyone . waiting for you response .
