Nice property. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Check out time is actually 10, not 11 as listed. People upstairs were very loud all night, but talked to the front desk in the morning and it was not an issue the second night.

Me & my husband went for a weekend away child free & it was wonderful! They updated us from a studio to a 2 bed 2 bath! If you check in on a Friday or Saturday plan to wait! We had to wait in the long check in line for about 45 mins. Other than that it was wonderful!

It was a beautiful property. The room was delightful! I loved the amenities, so many things to do on the property. AND the fact that we were close to everything, all of the attractions, lots of dining options, a hospital & a walmart. Next time we hope to stay a little longer.

Overall the experIence was good. The unit we stayed in 554B was not as clean as I felt it could be. No carpet, floors were sticky and dirty. Some common areas were very tired and needed cleaning, maybe a coat of pain, mainly around elevator area. Elevator was very slow and dirty. We used stairs mostly. A lot of noise. Woke up at 1 am to very loud voices outside. For our purpose it worked ok. Property overall a little tired.

It’s a nice resort. We enjoyed the 2 bedroom villa. The pools were all enjoyable. The location is close to the Disney Parks, Universal, and great restaurants. We were unable to enjoy the balcony due to other guests above us, who were smoking pot. The smell was so bad it even started leaching into the unit we were staying in.

Great Stay!!

It was an amazing stay. The resort had wonderful activities and amenities. They were kind and willing to help. It was a very loud property, but give the area that is to be expected. Had a wonderful anniversary with my husband.
