This hotel was conveniently placed for attractions. It’s a little dated but our suite was quite large. It seemed like they were cutting some corners- we didn’t get a refrigerator till we asked and they had coffees that were not marked as decaf or regular. The restaurant was understaffed. The ice machine is hidden with no signs or directions to find it. A little more attention to detail would have been welcomed

Beautiful location with views of the harbor and easy walking distance to the North end dining and attractions. There were several reasons why I would not recommend this property. No acknowledgment of our 10th wedding Anniversary I mentioned in the booking. No welcome gift. Dirty dishes in the hallway all day and shower was not completely functional. For a hotel that purports to be high end those things are not acceptable. The front desk staff appeared to be in training and also told us to take our bags to the bell person to hold - poor customer service. On top of that there was an unexplained charge on our checkout that required us to return to the hotel to resolve. I would say a disappointing experience. A shame. It had so much potential.

We were very disappointed in hotel. First the staff are very nice and helpful it isn’t their fault but the lobby has the most strong sent of cheap air freshener that was unbelievably strong i avoided it. The a/c was broken in our room and in the dead of summer it was impossible to sleep. The hallways had perfect ac. The refrigerator in room had broken handles with only exposed screws for handles. I was told we weren’t supposed to have fridge in room and they use to be wet bars. Then why not remove all together? Along with cobwebs on ceiling. They did however refund us $70 of an almost $500 bill. So not really helpful but appreciate that they tried something. Just kind of wish i went back to the dagny hotel that was less expensive and exceptional

The property is located in a quiet area of the North End. Accessible to all activities and restaurants within a few short blocks. Will definitely return and recommend. Only surprise, rooms are located in multiple buildings.
