"Clean, comfy hotel but make a room request"
Furniture a bit dated but comfortable and clean. We booked a family room which had a separate bedroom and a sofa bed as well as a small kitchen and dining table -very spacious. Not very central but very close to the metro station so easy to get around. We asked to be moved as the room smelled of smoke so we were moved to a non-smoking floor. Make sure you request this if needed. Unfortunately our second room was next to the lift shafts so quite noisy all through the night. We didn't really sleep that well due to noise which was a shame and we were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for the winter months - it opened a couple of days after our stay. Didn't try the food at the hotel restaurant as we only wanted light meals on a short stopover so we used local restaurants and shops which was more cost effective for us than paying for a full buffet.

"Nice hotel close to train station"
Very nice hotel with very comfortable bed and pillows. The 'western' food in restaurant was really bad. I had upset stomach so ordered 'French' style steamed chicken with green beans and potatoes. What I got was 4 small boney pieces of chicken that although nicely presented had no meat on them. This chicken was plonked on top of some strange stringy stuff that was smothered in a thick, sticky soy sauce - I think it was cabbage but maybe not. No potatoes in site and the green beans were wrapped in what I think was ham. As I don't eat red meat I couldn't eat the beans, the stringy soy stuff was nasty and so all I managed to be able to eat was a tiny morsel of chicken. It was expensive and I left very hungry. Not a success. If the street food is anything to go by (yum!) they should stick to Chinese cuisine or get better training on western foods if that is what they want to do.

"Great value in the suburbs"
Streamlined check in and out, real free coffees in the lobby, my level 33 room had a magnificent view, very handy to Public transport and airport bus (A11) stops, keeping in mind this is a no frills mid range budget hotel that's in the suburbs.

"Hotel in Meat street, not for vegetarians."
Easy enough to find and close enough to central to still be ok. Bed was harder than expected. Buffet Breakfast was terrible.

"Nice budget hotel, close to the MTR"
Nice budget hotel, close to the MTR -- bit far away from all the hustle and bustle but still plenty close to Central/Tsimshatsui etc, and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Rooms are fairly small and a bit rundown, but comfortable and clean. I travelled alone, it might be a bit claustrophobic for two if you're used to lots of space. Staff were lovely and spoke good English.
