It was my GF first birthday trip staying at Eaton HK hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. A big thank you to the staff Chibi Cheng, who took the time to prepare the cake, your kindness and attention to detail meant a lot to me. I also want to thank the entire team at the hotel for their warm hospitality throughout my stay.

The food here is excellent and they have great staff but our room was worn and in need of a refresh - we had to change our room as it smelt musty. Location is the best..Rooms are getting dated. We stayed in room 1701 and the AC isn’t strong enough. It was bearable but not comfortable. Elevators are slow sometimes. If they update the rooms a bit it would be better. I still like the location but definitely needs renovations.
