Room was decent in size but there was no room service available which was inconvenient at times. Staff weren’t that friendly at check in but they were courteous and polite. Lady manning the elevator was welcoming. Room was always cleaned and fresh towels daily.

The hotel is very convenient and attached to shopping centre with MTR. The rooms are clean but the noise insulation is very poor. You can hear the toilet flushing from either neighbouring/upstairs room. Also there is a rumbling noise (maybe from the train) every 5-7minutes. My room was on the 15th floor and the road noise (motorbikes and cars) is very loud at night time.

The cleanliness of the the room was not up to par. Though the cleaning staff cleaned the room daily, and really did their best, it cannot undo the staleness of the room and the surfaces within the room. Also, the shower would not drain properly. Would be standing in inches of still water just after a couple of minutes in the shower.

We chose this hotel for its unbeatable central location, and it did not disappoint. For our rushed trip, the convenience was perfect. The room was very clean and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. While our schedule didn't allow us to visit the pool or gym, our experience with the core essentials—location, cleanliness, and service—was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the hotel we stay at every time we visit Hong Kong, largely because of its unbeatable location. The direct connection to the mall is incredibly convenient, and the rooms are consistently clean. That said, the property is starting to show its age, and the bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Unfortunately, this stay was let down by a messy and slow check-in experience. The staff were friendly, but not particularly well trained. As Go Royal members, we had already pre-checked in and queued at the Go Royal priority check-in line, yet we ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes—longer than the regular line. When we raised our concern after waiting for so long, one staff member actually tried to redirect us to the normal check-in line, which was frustrating. Eventually, Bill (who appeared to be the manager) came over to check us in. While he apologized for the confusion, the response felt perfunctory and did not convey that the situation was taken seriously. Overall, the location and cleanliness continue to be strong points, but the poorly managed priority check-in detract from what should be a smoother experience for loyal guests.

Good location with MOKO mall next to it and a MTR station. Link bridge to Fa Yuen’s Street Market. Friendly staffs, rooms are clean too. Hotel don’t provide shower cap. Asking for nearby clinic as my son vomitted, seems like counter staff are not familiar with the areas. They don’t know where has a nearby clinic, only asking us to go hospital or call a doctor with additional charges. One of the staff also taught us go by the main road to walk to Fa Yuen Street and she is not aware that there is a link bridge that can access to it. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Repeated stay at this hotel. Venue is conveniently located with 3 different MTR stations surrounding it as well as plenty of food options in the area. It is also linked to Moko mall for easy shopping and rooms are big enough to accommodate up to 4 adults in the same room. Staff were very responsive to housekeeping requests and were very prompt in rectifying issues.

Room is clean. Staff were friendly. They did a good job cleaning every night in the main lobby as well … with team of cleaners. Due to my jet lag , I used their main lobby every night for few hours reading seeing the staff in action … also in the mall close to MTR for going anywhere. Would stay there again.

Very conveniently located. Attached to the MOKO Mall and the rail system. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the mall. Approx 7 mins walk to the Prince Edward MTR. The hotel itself is a slightly older building, but it’s clean and the gym/pool are nice.
