Excellent hotel. Front desk upgraded by room for free. Layout of the room was fantastic and always a treat coming back after a long day. Location is the key as moko mall is connected as is the Mong kok east mtr. If you walk further down the mall there is a connected walkway leading to Nathan road and Sneaker street. Pool was big and well kept. Only thing was they would close the pool for designated opening times if there was a thunderstorm warning in the forecast despite it being sunny for that period. Likely a management rule but I found that as the only drawback to what otherwise is a great hotel. I would definitely come back.

This place was amazing! All of the staff were so friendly, everything was so convenient with the mall connected to the building, and the metro station. The room size was comfortable, and our room was always cleaned. Would come here again!

From the moment I stepped out of the taxi upon arrival we were immediately impresssd by the greeting and professional service of the front staff. All extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing I would say the beds are too soft. Good location to the Mong Kok East station especially in the extreme heat! Definitely return for our next stay!
