Very nice staff. One suggestion for improvement though: The "smart" TV is actually not quite smart. It cannot access YouTube directly. Even the older technology of "casting your own device to the TV" is not supported. It only has an option of connecting your device to the TV using the USB socket, but it does not work with modern phones or tablets. Smart TVs are very cheap these days. Upgrading every room with a modern smart TV will not cost much, but the stay will be much more enjoyable.

The hotel is located near ladies market and within walking of MTR transportation. Small restaurants located nearby to get a bit to eat. The staff spoke English and helped explain to the taxi driver where we wanted to go.

Nice clean room. Complimentary slippers, toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton swabs. There is a complimentary breakfast buffet on the M floor. Nice spread of continental breakfast items such as yogurt, cereal, pastries, juice, coffee, tea. There's also rotating buffet style items like congee, oatmeal, eggs, hash browns, sausage, ham, sweet potatoes, baos, noodles, veggies, salads, fruit, and white rice. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Lovely, clean and modern. Loved the bed and down comforter and the bathroom. Lively area and lots of food, shops and not far from the train. 25 min ride to the airport. Pay attention to the cab meter cause a couple tried to scam us on our rides. Their meters were increasing by large increments. The airport agent told us our fair to the hotel should be 240 Hong Kong Dollars and max should be 280 and she even gave us a slip stating what we should pay for our ride. The driver asked for our slip when we got in the cab so we gave to him then he tried to get 485 HKD from us. We asked for the slip that the airport agent gave us with the cost we should pay and he would not give it back so we only gave him 280 HKD.

Clean room, air-condition is cold, convenient area for food and shopping. Front desk staff were nice and helpful especially Vanilla. She is patient and help us look for nearby doc when we needed 1 and provided us with a map on how to get there. Very much appreciated.
