The standard room is much smaller than the pictures, unless you stay in a suite the room is tiny and very hard to move around in if you have more than 1 person staying. The overall cleanliness could be improved - the rug in the room looked super dirty and brown. The shower head had black moulds on it, so I’d recommend for the hotel to have a thorough clean of this. The wardrobe door fell out of the hinges but luckily did not fall on me. The only positive is that the hotel fixed this straight away when I informed them. The black out curtain was stuck and could not be pulled down. The only positive of this hotel is its central locationn TST. Definitely NOT a 4* hotel!

The hotel photos look so much better than reality. You have to leave a $100 US cash deposit for incidental charges at checkin and not a credit card hold. The hotel is located on a side street however it is close walking distance to the harbor.

The location is great, close to subway, easy access from airport (we took the A21 bus and it left us a few blocks away), short walk to the harbor and so many food options nearby. The room itself was not the cleanest,

The location is excellent. Many nice restaurants within 5-15min walk. It is also right next to subway entrance.

Poor service

Poor service. I ask reception to give me one more toilet paper, they said you need to use up your current one...wifi is bad, the wall is not sound proof...nothing worth this price unless the location.
