Stayed on 21st floor, executive room 2141. Every night between 2am and 3am, it sounds like a construction project above. Lots of noise. I think it's the club floor late night clean up crew working and it sounds like they are moving chairs, tables, and other things around in the club. Very annoying if your a light sleeper. Otherwise, for the price, and location in Kowloon, it's a decent place to stay.

We were in room 2041 and we did not sleep at all the service lifts were right next to our room and from 1am at night the noise doesn’t stop!! We are shattered In the room there isn’t a kettle but a water heater and we couldn’t get it to work which wasn’t ideal either

Hotel lobby is nice but the rooms are very small and dated. There was no drinking water in our room. View was amazing and was the highlight of our stay.

Good hotel and good location. Amenities are lacking ~ coffee sachets are low quality and there's not much choice. Nothing in the bathroom apart from toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel. Lift system is very bad. You can wait up to 10 whole minutes to get a lift. Went down by stairs once after 3 missed lifts (too full), and the doors are locked so I couldn't get out the stair case (what would happen if there was a fire?). However, apart from that, the hotel is nice, clean, and staff is really nice and helpful + buffet at UG floor is very good and fairly cheap

Good value room in a very convenient location. Close to the park, Nathan Rd, street markets. Room is clean and nicely renovated to make the most of the space. Most importantly bed is really comfortable for a good night sleep.

Room is small but nice, also bathroom is nicely equipped and a good size for the room, only complain is the mattress, there's really no mattress, I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard covered with a sheet, if they can improve on that this hotel would be much better, price and location, room was clean bathroom had all kinds of toiletries
