Our room was dirty..specialy the floor they just fix the bed but they dont clean the floor..bed frame keep on moving...washroom dirty as well...so disappointed...

Excellent location to have excitement and fun around the city. Plentiful dining options nearby, from $ to $$$$ . Staff was courteous, helpful and fast to respond. However, rooms were just a place to rest at night, cleaning work needed urge from the front desk. Advanced reservation could get a better price and walk in had least guaranteed.

SCAM by hotel staff

Beware 3 hotel staff ask to see my credit card for the payment . One of them holding my card reading the 16 digit card number in Chinese to other staff writing it down on paper plus the expiration date . Will the other staff was talking to me about changing to room type blah blah .. I noticed and ask for my card back .. he handed over flipping the card back tell his colleague to write down the 3 digit security code !!! SCAM ? Imperial Hotel
