I had book a family room for 4pax, 4 single bed, Room was big and toilet was big too. There 2 shower area. The room is clean and the service was extremely good.. Staff was very friendly , only the open door staff look not so friendly. The only things is Plug not enough. And mirror area dont have a plug beside.

Our stay at The Cityview – Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong was, unfortunately, very underwhelming. From the beginning, it was clear that we were just another customer to them, nothing more. There was no sense of warmth, care, or personal attention, and the experience felt purely transactional. While we recognize and appreciate their efforts toward environmental responsibility, it did not feel like the same level of care was extended toward customer experience. The service lacked engagement, empathy, and any attempt to make our stay feel comfortable or special. In the end, it was simply another hotel for us, nothing memorable, nothing special. And honestly, we felt the same way in return. A stay that meets basic needs, but without genuine hospitality or care for the guest.

The room was good. Very polite & good cleaning staff. Except for the fact that the bed is a bit too low. The fridge in the room was not cold, but it was nice that they supplied ice cubes upon our request. Thanks.

Excellent location! Room is clean and big enough . but the bathroom was very small , and you can also hear the noise in the hallway at night. So if you are a "shallow" sleeper, it might not suit you , but otherwise it is great! Close to everywhere and making things so convenient.
