The location is very convenient as the hotel is right next to a subway station as well as many bus routes. The room was quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and was clean and tidy. Bathroom was also quite large and included a full size bath tub. Overall this was a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

Close to MTR - staff not really interested in engaging with us - in fairness to the staff we only speak English. Property was advertised with pool. This is just false. There are signs in the lobby pointing to a pool , it does not exist. Apparently you can access the YMCA pool down the road. Room was as advertised, nothing special but okay.
