The hotel’s location is excellent, close to many amenities and just 2 minutes from the MRT. The staff are friendly and helpful. During Typhoon Wipha (T10) last Sunday, the standard checkout time was 12:00, but they kindly allowed my niece a late checkout, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Hong Kong.

Our go to accommodation whenever we are in Hong Kong. Front desk was warm and welcoming. Excellent location with plenty of dining options. Train are about 5/10 mins walk from hotel. Room are clean and spacious. Ladies and Temple market are within walking distance.

Location good, next to Yau Mai Tai Station, with many eateries and shopping around Nathan Road, easily accessible also by bus to and from the airport. Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and had desired amenities. It would have been great if there were free access to the gym and pool, as the surrounding areas is not conducive for a decent run or workout. Will recommend & return to this hotel if visiting for purpose of just eating and shopping.

This property has no sympathy and empathy for travellers. They appear to be only concerned about money, even considering they are part of so called "YMCA". I had already paid in full upfront for a week's cost, but unfortunately I had to suddenly attend to my mum's medical appointment overseas. Hence, it affected my late arrival into Hong Kong a few days later. I didn't ask for a refund, but simply for a late check in for the last two days paid for but still had their full rejection (after numerous emails thru Expedia and the hotel direct days before my original check in date). Therefore, I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel given their firm intransigence.
