Last minute i requested pickup from airport and tbey were soo kimd to accommodate. When arrived at hotel Kathy was at the door to greet us, walked us to our room and did the entire check-in in our room, very smooth transition. Hotel is very centralized to all shopping, restaurants and MTR station 2 blocks away. Concierge staff was very helpful i providing maps and instructions on how to transport via MTR. Room was clean on the smaller side but spacious enough for 2 people. Totally recommend this hotel. I'm all about customer service and they delivered in all aspects.
