Pack clorox wipes

Beautiful hotel with a few surprises The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish, modern, and with an incredible view. Communication was great from the start, and customer service was warm and professional. I appreciated the kind touches and attention during our short stay for a play. However, a few things caught us off guard. The rooftop parties were extremely loud at night, and we didn’t receive any advance notice. Thank you for the sleeping pills — I was young once too, so I get it — but a heads-up would’ve helped manage expectations. I also wasn’t aware that rooms are only fully cleaned every two days. The beds were made and fresh towels were provided, which was appreciated, but some areas needed more attention. The cups weren’t cleaned or replaced (we’re big tea and water drinkers), and the sink — where two makeup-wearers got ready each day — was untouched. We called housekeeping, and the manager kindly explained their policy and resolved the issue quickly. Lesson learned: I’ll pack Clorox wipes next time. I did share all this with management at checkout. Again, beautiful stay overall, but I would have appreciated a little more clarity on policies upfront.
