The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and better than what we expected. The restaurant in the lobby had great food and amazing drinks. If you need anything while you’re there literally just ask and they will do their best.

...the LUNA hotel was amazing in every way possible - the location was perfect walkable to all the NYC locations you hope to visit in the city - located in TIME SQUARE - across the street from the FUN BRYANT PARK VIBE. We loved LUNA's decor and environment - beautiful energy and atmosphere from the minute your enter the lobby - the bar was fun and lively and do not miss the delicious offerings in Michelin Star Chef operated restaurant.
