Would not let us into our room after long travel until 4:00. In turn made us pay to keep luggage there even though room was empty. Felt like they “nickel and dime” us at every chance they had. The room was 55 degrees while we slept because when we would increase the heat, someone was turning heat off remotely. Location was decent. Bed was great but had to sleep in cold room.

I was incredibly happy with the property. The apartment was beautiful, large and very clean. The lobby area and elevators need a little attention, but otherwise, I would recommend this property.

Disappointing

Dishwasher was broken (we reported but it wasn’t fixed), shower was lukewarm and weak, and furnishings are cheap. Location is okay: no parking but we parked safely outside hospital for two days and could *just* walk to French Quarter. However, size of one-bedroom suite is large and front desk staff were welcoming.

Recently stayed with my spouse in New Orleans. We love the extra security of codes to use the elevator and to get into the room. Also enjoyed having a full size kitchen for snacks. While we don't typically stay in the room much we like to have tv for background noise at night as we are turning in, the wifi was having issues but once I reached out to customer service, they sent someone within minutes to get it taken care of. Will definitely book with Sonder on future travels.

Big apartment on Canal St.

Lovely big apartment with plenty of modern conveniences and a handy location. Easy to walk to the Hulton Riverside for my conference and to Bourbon St and the French Quarter. Fully equipped kitchen, huge comfortable bed and large walk-in closet space.
