The staff here was extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel is older, yet not to the point that it's dated. The location is within 20 minutes to almost anything New Orleans related and walking distance to 24 hour eateries. Parking was easy and almost every spot is a "good spot" to get inside the hotel.

Zero issues. Some construction in the hallway and the room was a bit musty at the beginning. It was very clean. I loved the New Orleans art and the Community Coffee in the lobby. It’s connected to an IHOP. Overall very happy with our stay

We liked the hotel, it was clean, and the towels were changed daily. I only suggest checking the electrical outlets—one in my room was damaged. I’m not saying that’s the case in every room. I liked the hotel.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Great staff. Very clean hotel. I did only give it four stars as far as maintenance goes but that's only because one of the elevators was out which was kind of inconvenient but me being a little fat it worked out well cuz I had to go all the way around and use the other elevator 😁 The property had a beautiful set of trim work throughout the hotel with amazing qualities and designs with some very cool New Orleans street names on all of the doors. So it was very helpful remembering which room you were in!

Biggest issue we had was a slow draining shower. Told office on the 1st day, and nothing was ever done to address the issue. Otherwise, this is a clean, rooms serviced daily, affordable property in the Metairie area. Have stayed here on business trips for many years.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We liked the value and and stayed there 5 days. There was always lots of trash in the parking lot the entire five days. We had to change rooms 3 times due to maintenance problems with the shower not working in room 301. The second room number 305 had a disgusting milk stained office chair and broken refrigerator. We were then moved to 306 which had a lovely view of IHOP's roof, but the room was clean and everything worked. The staff was very helpful and apologized for all the inconveniences. Overall, the hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance and the price is reflective of the quality of the property. The staff is very courteous and friendly despite the hotel's shortfalls. We are thankful for there hospitality.

The employees were very nice respectful and helpful. I do like the fact that my room was equipped with microwave & refrigerator. When I arrived my key wasn’t working for the room so they moved me immediately with no problem thanks for that. The bed was way too firm for my liking. The bathroom could use an upgrade as the paint on the ceiling is beginning to peel, I assume from the heat in the shower. I also didn’t like that the side doors and back doors of the hotel were exit only no entry, so if you parked on side the building and left out the side door, In order to get back in you would have to go way back to the front of the hotel. Other than that my stay was pleasant. Thank you.

The room was filthy, the sheets had some blood on them. The carpets were dirty, the front elevator was out of order. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. I had to change rooms because the key didn't work. Housekeeping gave me a clean bath mat, but did not remove the dirty towels and I had to request clean face towels the next day. On the day of arrival, there was a vagrant man that came into the hotel lobby several times and he was spewing profanity at the top of his lungs. I would not recommend this hotel to stay open until you all have cleaned up your act and I demand a full refund. P.S. If there had been another hotel with available rooms, we would have left immediately.
