The experience was OK and nice. It was a nice clean hotel for the Mardi Gras weekend. However, the bathroom wasn’t clean. The tub was very dirty. I seen leftover hair and dirt and all kind of nasty little things. I took a towel and wiped everything down, but the bathroom bothered me the most

What I like most about my stay at Copeland Tower was the front desk agent Sybil. Sybil was awesome with restaurant recommendation. She was very professional and funny. I would go back to the hotel just based on her good customer service.
