Staff were very helpful and polite. Airport transport was a stress free win. A convenience shop inside the hotel. Our room was super dated and retro but did the job. Clean and functional. Lovely gardens. Frustratingly the queue for breakfast was huge and the restaurant had spaces. It was just inefficiently organised.

Everything was good. Shuttle bus was very accessible. Clean towels and bathroom. However the aircon is slow to cool in our room. But all in all everything was in order. Will definitely consider booking again.

Staff were friendly. Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall was convenient. Onsen was excellent. However, rooms were a bit rundown. Some areas definitely need renovation. We were in the garden wing (older). Washroom can use some bleach to rid mold near the mouldings.

It was our second time staying here. Clean, affordable and the staff were very friendly. Love that there’s a family mart on the main floor that’s open 24 hours.
