Staff were very pleasant. Lobby was clean. I was on the second floor and there is no way to get my room except down and up stairs carrying my baggage. (the room was 1/2 flight above the second floor main). The room was clean, but it was a little noisy. I felt like the cost was twice as high as it should have been for the experience.

This Holiday Inn is centrally located. Walking distance to the Wharf & Cannerary Row. The hotel was clean, quiet, & the breakfast was good.

Want to give 5 starts but the lady who checked us in was so crappy. All the other staff was exceptional. Loved the cleaning staff and ladies working the morning buffet. The large rooms were great.

The staff are not very friendly and didn’t mention anything about breakfast or where to park our car. We were handed our room key. I’ve stayed at other IHG hotels and the room we got was SMALL. The two beds looked like full and not queen sized beds. The two small little windows overlooked the roof or something. Additionally, there’s no microwave and there were no cups in the room for beverages! The beds were great and room was clean but this is not the IHG standard I’m used to so I’m disappointed at this property. The location was great and close to Cannery Row which was good. However, my family will not be staying at this location next time!
