Just like the name says, at least when it comes to motels. I did a central coast road trip stopping at motels along the way. This one was by far the best for what it is, the one I felt most comfortable in. The room was clean, parking free and easy. I had a good night sleep. Great location as well, if you have a car.

No AC, but a fan. Didn't need it. It's Monterey.You could sit on a patio outside. Heavy traffic, but a couple of sea birds landed in the pool. Took a bath and left. Strong looking birds. That was a surprise. It's a good value.
