Nice room, enough parking but a little confusing layout. Didn't spend much time in the room as I was at a conference, which is about a 10 minute walk. Very convenient.

The property is great. When I checked in, they did not give me the Expedia extra discounts to use on the property. I had to ask them for the spa discount that they have, but it was not going to be given if I didnt insist on it. We were pretty much on our own. The hospitality needs improvement.

Service is perfect, food is perfect, rooms are perfect and super clean.We ordered a dog friendly suite , it was amazing but unfortunately the first night there was a wedding reception right beside us, the walls shook, but it was over by midnight. Siesta time is advertised from 9 pm to 9am, which is disappointing because I can’t swim in the morning. These people were also noisy in the morning collecting the wedding props, double parking outside my room. Restaurant is great, love the patio. Some dogs on patio kept barking at us and were not controlled so we decided to dine elsewhere for our birthday. Staff are very professional but also friendly. They have slow EV charging but reasonably priced. Having to pay for parking nowhere near my room was a little annoying due to the wedding, We should have been informed before or upon arrival. Unfortunately check out was slow on 2nd morning, as staff entertained corporate check ins at 11am. I guess the clientele are kinda demanding and oblivious to other guests needs. While waiting I witnessed other guests raid the refrigerator at reception for waters etc and just throw key cards at desk, wasn’t sure what the protocol was. Overall I recommend it

We stayed here 41 years ago on our honeymoon and decided to stay 2 nights on a recent trip through California. I am so relieved to know it is just as charming as it was then! Room was cozy (nice bed/bedding) and roomy. Grounds were lovely. Feels quaint. We went to the restaurant for happy hour (which was great) but it was so good that we decided to just eat dinner there as well. Easy walk to wharf, Trader Joe's and other dining options. We would happily come stay again sometime (hopefully a little warmer so we could use the pool this time :))

All staff were friendly and helpful whenever a need was expressed - both maintenance / front desk or on the phones. Great can do attitude! The pool while small, is well equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and bespeak a regard for comfort and not efforts for pizazz....nice Inn.
