Check-in was easy, and the breakfast was simple but a nice way to save some money. The first room we were given didn’t appear to be ready for check-in—there were sheets on the floor, and the bathroom sink stopper had been removed and left on the counter. We went back to the front desk to explain the situation and were promptly given a different room. While the replacement room was smaller, it was clean. Overall, it was a good stay, but if the budget allows, I would consider a better option.

Clean and spacious room. Bed was super comfortable and lots of pillows. Great location, close to Downtown and 1 mile from 17 mile drive/pebble Beach. Staff very friendly, and although they call it continental breakfast included they serve Eggs, Breakfast burritos for grab and go, overnight oats, cereals, toast, yogurt, fruit and either pancakes or french toast. Great value!

Check in and got a room that was un clean. Was not given many choices for accommodation and ended up getting one less bed and an adult sleeping on a half couch which was too small.

The room was good. We've stayed at this Hotel before. There was no view. Housekeeping actually tidied up the room which we did not ask for but were pleasantly suprised when they did. We would have liked yogurt at breakfast.

Property had nice charm and good location. Room was comfortable. Heater did not function properly -fireplace is nice, providing heat, cycling on/off for apparent temperature control was a bit surprising. Hot water may limited as day 1 shower never was "warm"; day 2 was hot.
