very bad hotel

this hotel is piece of junk. location is good other than that $315 / night waste. batch room is barely enough to poop. it is about 25 ft ( tru it is 25 sft ) bed is like piece of crap. i would suggest to don't book this hotel ..

Underground parking garage is a bit too small & difficult to get out of, especially if you have a big vehicle. Only one way in & out. Hotel did not have hot water & all they offered was cancellations, no upgrades or discounts for this inconvenience.

Great location but very run down. When we arrived they told us that there was no hot water until the next day. The next day they told us there would be no hot water for our entire 4 day trip. The water was freezing so that meant no showers. Heaters in the room did not work so they provided a portable one. Overall I would not recommend. The place is in a great location but needs a lot of improvements. Will not return

Nice location but not so nice property. It’s an old property that has not seen any significant renovation since it was built. Carpet is original and in dire need of replacement. Room and bathroom are tight for two people. You can barely hot water in shower. The original heater (mounted on the wall) belongs in the museum and does not work, do they provide portable fan and a separate heater. Would not recommend.
