You pay for the views and for the location. It’s beautiful looking out the window but the rooms are pretty small and there isn’t much to be excited about inside. Although I’m more than positive that whoever stays here spends 99% of their time outside you still pay a pretty penny to have a semi comfy bed. Parking is at least on site and ok. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and elevator is in good condition. We did have a breaker trip and we lost power in half our room for about a half hour lol which was fine but also kind of funny since I was literally heating up some breakfast for myself. Perfect walking distance to downtown, beach, and trail that will take you to the aquarium and cannery row. If you just need a bed to sleep in for the night then this is your place!

Filthy. Don't trust google reviews. Read the yelp reviews. They are morw accurate. Carpet was very dirty and smelly, like mold or mildew. We did not use the shower because it was dirty and the towels were on top of a very rusty rack. If you have to stay at this inn, bring your own blanket, pillow, shower shoes, and toilet paper. Ive never seen toilet paper like the ones at this place.

The hotel in the pictire is not the hotel in real life. It looks like a completely different place inside and out. The room was extremely small and ran down. The heater was broken so we had a space heater that hardly worked. Honestly i feel like i was duped.

We stayed first floor had good coastal view, just next to elevator. Some noises involed with elevator, the bath was small, water pressure low, and door is hinged into room making even smaller hard to turn about. But 80 feet away was everything you want ,park, swim , restaurants, view, otters, seals, not bad, and lot of sand. It was good

Great location. Rooms need work

Location is great. Rooms could be cleaned up and upgraded. Fan in bathroom was annoyingly loud. Parking is very limited. Personnel was friendly.

The location is prime, you open your door and the ocean / park is visible from the door. There's restaurants and a brewery nearby which makes this a great location to spend an evening. Parking is free. However, the main issue is definitely the quality of the room. You can hear the people next to you and above you. The rooms are very dated. The main issue we had was the bathtub being inoperable due to the plug getting stuck. We also noticed the curtains were tearing apart. Overall, it's not a bad property if you're just looking for a place to spend the night. However, if you're looking for a more spacious, upkept, and modern option, you might want to look somewhere else.
