Pick this place!

Lovely place. Fireplace and log in the room is a cozy touch. Balcony and sliding door is so relaxing. Hot tub is delightful. Breakfast is continental, nice offerings. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Water cooler is great to get fresh water all hours. Lovely plants and skylights in the public areas.

This was a so-so motel, worth it because the price was reasonable. The room was a bit rundown and not totally cleaned--built up dirt in the corners of the bathroom, mold on some of the grout in the shower, and blackout curtain missing some rungs so it didn't pull closed well. All things that could be easily fixed if someone were paying attention to details. Breakfast was okay, not much for someone who wants something healthy except boiled eggs and yogurt. All the breads were white flour-- sweet muffins or bagels. On the plus side, hot tub was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The property is located in a very quiet part of town. Only one restaurant was close by, across the street but closes at 7 PM. The swimming pool, although we were too tired to use it, was the cleanest we’ve seen. Also available is a hot tub and a dry sauna. The hotel desk receptionist very nice and most helpful. Breakfast was simple but fresh and filling. Our room had a fireplace and a fuel log was provided. Nice way to close out the evening after enjoying the sunset at the beach’s approximately a mile away. Would we stay again? Absolutely and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The rooms are clean and quiet, the amenities are very nice, and the breakfast was surprisingly generous and tasty. All in all it's a great place to stay. Centrally located. Easy to walk to the beach, the center of town, and a short drive from Monterey.

Nice day for the low cost

Had a problem with the patio door it doesn’t seem to want to stay shut or locked. Seems as off the track. Maintenance try to fix it, but it still wouldn’t stay thank God I was on the second floor. Continental breakfast wasn’t quite as expected.

Great location

Front desk was fast and friendly check in. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. We enjoyed the fireplace in the room, one log is complementary. Great amenities from the pool, hot tub and the breakfast in the morning was a plus. Close to downtown, the beach and more. I will totally recommend.
