The staff member who checked us in early was so kind to my children and wanted us to have a great time. Our room was very nice and bright! The hotel is so close to the warf and lots of food. It made it very easy with kids not having to get in and out of a car.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was nice, bed was comfy (minus the pillows). Great location walking distance to everything. Only downfall were no charging stations for non tesla vehicles when i was told there were.

Our favorite getaway. From start to finish you have all you need. Greeting at front door, valet and bag taken care of right away. Hotel lobby and bar are wonderful. Walking distance to most and many options right at the hotel. Coffee is wonderful at Carmel coffee.
