Overall, a wonderful experience. The room was clean and bed was so comfortable. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. However,Front desk staff on arrival was not helpful, and parking was complicated late at night on arrival.

Highly Recommend! One of the very best hotels that we have visited in a long time! The property exceeded our expectations! Location was so convenient, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was wonderful, the balcony was right on the ocean and had a fireplace which was perfect for a two day birthday celebration. The restaurant was awesome. Cannot say enough about the staff who were all amazing! Definitely coming back !

Stayed 1 night for my husband's birthday in the premium room with ocean view. Absolutely gorgeous. Watched dolphins and otters from the balcony. Bed was super comfortable. Front desk and valet staff were over-the-top friendly and helpful. Great amenities.

Perfect Location and a Perfect Stay

A fantastic property, located perfectly in Cannery Row. Great views, attentive and gracious staff. Room was perfect with a partial bay view and a fireplace. Front desk was informative, gracious. Bell staff was incredibly kind, and very timely. Just a wonderful hotel
