This hotel was conveniently located near the airport. I arrived at the airport at 11:30 pm and checked into the hotel super late at night, and was happy that there was someone at the front desk so late. The room was large, well appointed, and clean.

The location for a super early flight can't be beat. The hotel itself is fine. Nothing special. It was clean but could use some paint and a carpet upgrade. We would have chosen a nice hotel in Carmel if we had a later flight.

Upon arrival, I found out they do not have air conditioning...there was a large fan in the closet to use instead (not acceptable in 2025) I checked out 3 days before my reservation and was not offered any sort of refund or compensation for the nights paid in advance. (Almost $500) I probably would not stay there again as there are quite a large number of other competitive chain hotels right in the same area.

I’m very surprised to find out that there is no AC in the Inn. The room is facing a busy street and very noisy.

Had to leave the property after my daughter had a life threatening allergy having mold in the room. Went to the hospital for a shot. Asked the manager for a full refund after.. you need to follow up also on that. Booked another room in downtown Monterey instead
