The room and view were perfect clean, comfortable, and cozy the issue was with the front desk lady and manger very unprofessional me and my fiancé checked in early had no issues whatsoever I went to go put my bags in the room and went out for awhile I come back to find out I have been locked out of my room I thought I just needed to reactive the key. turns out they tried saying I didn’t pay for the room ,once I showed the front desk lady I paid she said they didn’t collect the deposit witch they did collect it but wouldn’t let me get into my room or get my bags without security unless I presented a physical card I didn’t have and told them I had left at my dads house 45 mins away from the hotel. I asked to gets refund didn’t let me get one I asked if I can get my bags they wanted to get security to get it for me so I had to call my dad to drop off my card just to able to stay the night in a room already paid and put a deposit down twice because of “system error” why should I have to pay the price for their mistake. We came to Vegas on a quick trip to visit my dad before we both get shipped out to the army and the treatmeant we got from the manger was very unprofessional and talked to me like I didn’t know what’s I was talking about and had me waiting for hours to get back into my room didn’t get a chance to use the pool or any of the amenities. And not to mention the manager acted completely different once my dad got there maybe because of my age he treated me differently.

Quiet and smoke free.

The room was nice, quiet, and clean as well as comfortable . There is no casino which was fine with us for this trip but lacked a choice of restaurants. I didn’t like the selling of trying to get you to sign up for Hilton rewards.

Property was a little dated. Toilet in our room sounded like a jet engine when flushing, to the point I went down to lobby during night to use restroom. Unsure why they have resort fees for basically 1 free water a day. Oh, and on last full day there someone found feces in the pool. I'm out. Not a convient location, will not stay again.
