I want a refund . I took pictures of how dirty it was . The vents had so much dust . The carpets were terrible . The staff do don’t ish . During check in I stood at the front and the worker didn’t greet me or anything she continued what she was doing which was nothing and made me wait . Not only that the tubs are stained and don’t have any mats to stand on . The tub shower was half working the water was running from the tub and shower head at the same time . This was the worst hotel I have ever been in hands down . My four year old daughter even said “ew it’s dirty in here” . Only thing I enjoyed about the hotel was leaving it . Oh and breakfast was trash . They really hate their jobs up there . Nobody speaks . No good morning no good after noon . Y’all need to call the health department on them fast ! The mattresses on the pull out couch … don’t even touch it ! Very bad experience .

Definitely needs an update

Our room smelled very musty, so bad our personal belongings now smell. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower door would t stay shut when showering, and the toilet leaked. The room was just basic, nothing great. The bedding appeared clean. The walls and carpet could use a refresh and update. One hot tub out of order, pool was on the colder side even. And always had to ask for more towels. The elevator doors were a bit questionable when they opened and closed. The breakfast options were alright. They had mini omelets, sausage Pattie’s and potatoes, typical hotel waffles, a few cereal options, some bread items, juice, yogurts, fruit cups

My only complaint is that two individuals unlocked my hotel door, I immediately said this room was occupied and one of the gentleman announced that he was maintenance and they where just checking to see if the room was empty. I informed them that u was here until Monday and asked if they needed entry in which they replied no. Not even two seconds later they tried entering my room luckily the door had the safety locks in place so they could only open the door a few inches. It is absolutely ridiculous if the hotel dose not log which rooms are empty and which ones are booked, furthermore it is unacceptable that it was established that to room was occupied yet they still tried to enter my room.

The elevator is awful. Slams shut and open them like jiggles. One of the hot tubs was out of order. Staff at night would just disappear with the later guy going to sit in his car have to wait till he decided to come back inside.

We were disappointed in the front desk staff. The attendant didn’t greet us when we arrived. My husband and I arrived separately, and he had to initiate the conversation. When I arrived, the clerk never looked up, never said one word, and seemed extremely aloof. We had to ask if they planned to put cookies out in the evening. The cookie tray was not clean each night. Some of the breakfast food was served burned. One of our room keys was not working every single night and the final night we were there both keys malfunctioned. A major disappointment for our weekend stay in Eagan, MN
