They originally gave us a room on the 4th floor.the elevator was not working so they changed us to the second floor with out the balcony. The manager said he would refund us some money . He tried to get in touch with me but I am on a cruise

Staff were friendly. The air conditioning in the room did not work, room was 79 degrees for our entire one night stay. Elevator was not working, had to carry our luggage up/down 4 flights of stairs. Can hear all conversations from occupants of both rooms next to us. Would not stay again.
