Great space and comfort - ideal for a few days of stay. The heating/air con in the room was quite hard to control or get just right, but overall our stay was very comfortable and easy, and we were near lots of restaurants/pubs and easy onward travel around the city.

Room was modern and finished to a very high standard compared to most hotels around the London Bridge / Park Street area. The addition of a little kitchenette was useful. It’s a great location for both business or as a tourist. Staff very helpful too. There is no food or drink options on site so you do need to venture towards Borough Market if you want breakfast / food options.

The oven didnt work, the room lights went off (guessing sensor related) while i was reading my book in the evening and the bathroom lights and shower went off while i was washing my hair in the morning trying to get to a meeting. Not sure if electric wiring/water faults or overzealous cost saving/environmentalism, but either way, won't be back. Very frustrating.

Native Bankside is my new ‘go to’ place to stay in London. Great location near Borough Market and tube stations. Close to the river and the river taxi. The studio provides everything needed for a short stay - tea, coffee, milk etc - better facilities than other similar places we stayed previously. The staff are great, we arrived before check in and got immediate access to our room and they stored our luggage on the day we left. I left my reading glasses in our room and they kindly called me to let me know. Full marks all round! We will return.
