Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, plentiful, good quality and constantly replenished. Easy parking on site and good Wi-Fi. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Stayed before. Nice bar and dining area. Staff are lovely. The only thing I didn’t like this time was that the mattress was old and uncomfortable. It was broken. No spring movement mainly on one side. Where you lay was considerably lower than the edge of the mattress. Springs making a noise as you moved. Very hard when laying down. Poor. I’ve mentioned it so hopefully it will get replaced. Thanks

We stayed here because our daughter is attending Brunel University. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. However, the room we booked was too small for two people. I had tried to book a larger room with two double beds, but it was unavailable at the time, so we ended up in a smaller room with one double bed, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Interestingly, we later found out that the larger room was available during our stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the staff and cleanliness, but we would recommend ensuring the larger room is booked if you need more space.

Better safety precautions need to be taken. Random peolle should not be able to enter the premises after locked hours and bother the guests, especially at an jour of after 3.00 am. Though reception had listened tk the issue and called security, we did not get an update of how the problem was solved and what measures were taken. This is a safety issue.

Great hotel

Great hotel. Easy to find. Plenty of parking available. Room was clean and tidy with a well stocked tea tray and complimentary toiletries, bed was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and a great good quality, plentiful, breakfast served in the morning. There is a bar and they serve evening meals, but I did not use either so cannot comment. All in all, a great hotel, will definitely be back.
