Stayed here twice now and on both occasions couldn’t have a bath or shower as the water was only Luke warm a disappointment the breakfast was ok didn’t like the sausages and the couldn’t supply brown sauce as had none in stock

Stayed in the family room which was massive, kids well impressed as much better than the Holiday Inn the night before! Went down to the bar and 2 free adult drinks, bonus! Ordered room service, 2 pizzas, one gluten free, and both were delicious d 10% off, more bonus! Fridge with water and milk in, great service from all staff we encountered. What's not to like ? We'll definitely use again on future trips to London. 45 min to the centre from West Ruislip tube ( 12 min away) Breakfast was outstanding also. Service person s friendly. Very impressed.

Dinner and breakfast at the red lion was very good. Staff very accommodating and arranged a late check put for us. Would definitely stay again if in the area or travelling from heathrow.

Room was lovely and cosy, nice extras in the room too such as Nespresso. Voucher for drink at the bar was a nice surprise too. Breakfast was really nice and everything was good quality which made it all the better. Staff have been very friendly and polite too.
