Excellent staff, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room was a bit tired, but clean and well presented. Our room was on the roadside and a bit noisy. Great access to the local train station and onsite parking is secure. Restaurant and bar was nice with nice menu.

Staff were great, hotel rooms are awful, wallpaper hanging off the walls, dirty carpets, 1980s decor, dated bathroom with shower that trickles, paper thin windows! I got up a few times in the night and actually checked I hadn’t left the window open!! Rooms need some serious tlc!

The room was one of the worst we’ve ever had the displeasure in staying in, it might have been clean but it was very dated with a grubby bathroom. The room was very cold and only because I complained, they gave us a portable heater that we left on for the duration of our stay, but no one came out to check the heating.

Decent room. Bath and shower combo. Comfortable and with a/c. Very good value for money in London. Right next to South Ruislip tube station, 30 minutes to central london. Plenty of bars/restaurants close. 4th time here for me. Friendly people.

Excellent food at a decent price. Very courteous staff, hed two evening meals both very good, particularly the mixed grill..! Plenty of food. Rooms very tidy, well kept and served the purpose. So disappointing as I usually enjoy staying here and it's so convenient for the station. But the lift is still not working (and the stairs are steep!), the hot water still isn't (it's warm at best) and most importantly the internet is not fixed - it keeps stopping for up to a minute at a time. It is therefore, pretty much impossible to work here so I have cancelled my next reservation next week.

On arrival the property looks quite nice and the lobby area was welcoming with a friendly vibe. On check in I was advised that I did not have breakfast with my reservation although my confirmation stated that I did. Once I showed proof my reservation was updated to include the breakfast option. The lift in the property was not working so had to carry the bags upstairs, luckily I was only on the first floor. The corridors smelled very nice and they were clean. The room itself was ok and warm but very dated and old fashioned. The bathroom not the best tiled floor wooden panels that could have done with a coat of varnish. Shower was tepid and towels were hard. The plug hole was open and the taps were very tarnished. The bed was very hard
