The staff was friendly overall, but the pushy sales tactics at the entrances were annoying. We were repeatedly offered a “free gift” and pressured to go into offices to hear a timeshare pitch, which took away from the experience. Unfortunately, the room was not clean upon arrival. The carpet was in poor condition and had food debris like chips and breadcrumbs. The bathroom also had a noticeable amount of hair, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable. We requested a late checkout and were told it was approved. However, at around 10:20 a.m., the cleaning crew knocked and insisted they needed to clean. When we explained that we had been granted a late checkout, she said it wasn’t on her list and seemed to pressure us to leave, which felt rude and unprofessional.

Hot tub only available to 'owners' and the main pool closed for maintenance. And small pool only open 10am to 6pm. For a large resort fee - very poor. There should have been q significant discount.

Rooms were clean and spotless. As a housekeeper I was so comfortable. They did offer daily housekeeping automatically. They even washed the dishes I had previously washed lol.

The room was clean and so was the whole hotel. Poor area was beautiful and a great, sunny spot to enjoy! Didn't love that they tried to get us to sit in a timeshare presentation to sell us, but everything else was great!

The room was amazing! Beautiful suite with a kitchen and living room. Only downside was the check in. The front desk was great but when they shuffle you over to the “welcome gift desk” and pressure you into a 90 minute presentation on Time shares.. it didn’t sit well with us. We only had 24 hrs in town and they insisted this “presentation” would be quick. Little did we know it’s a 1 on 1 with a time share presenter. We decided to bail and told the receptionist that we will not be at going. She wasn’t very happy with our decision. This was my first time ever being pressured into a timeshare presentation. And hopefully my last.

Clean nice big rooms with amenities, heated pool, convenience store on lower level, no casino smoke. Great place across the street from the new Fountainblue. 30 minute walk to the convention center or shuttle offered from hotel.

The staff was friendly, but not informed. The room was clean however there was a fowl odor in the bathroom that linger throughout our stay. We reported to the front desk and they didn’t seem too concerned about it.
