At 9AM, we were told we would be texted when our room was ready… heard nothing so I went back to front desk at 2PM and was told the room is clean it just needs an inspection. Heard nothing and went back at 3PM and the person told me they will give me a King room instead… hmmm that’s weird. That night, it felt like the live band on Freemont street was performing IN our room. Even with our white noise machine on full blast we heard it and it was shaking our room. We requested to be moved the next morning at 8AM and again we were told we would receive a text when the new room was ready. We never got a text and I had to go to the front desk twice so we could settle into the new room for the evening. Long story short I had to go to the front desk way more times than I ever thought possible. I will say majority of the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and maybe the room availability was just outside their control. Needless to say, I value my sleep especially on vacation after a long day and I will not be staying here again.

Hotel staff we're great, Casino floor staff, including dealers, pit boss and Casino Manager All leave something to be desired, unprofessional to say the least, not to mention the dealers cheat. I have the receipts.
