Hotel staff was extremely unhelpful. Put us in a smoking room because they claimed thay was all that was available. I went back 5 minutes later asking for another room non smoking. I was told they couldn't switch our rooms. We got early check in so i know they had rooms available. Then the carpet in our room was gapping in between the beds and i kept tripping on it.

Sucked! We came in on a Sunday afternoon via cab from the airport and when we were checking in we requested an early check in so we could get in our room and my wife could get fixed up for our night on Fremont St. Nope! Wasn't happening!! I asked the attendant about the possibility of an early check in and she stated that "check in is at 3:00". When I told her that I was willing to pay extra for an early check in she rudely repeated "check in is at 3:00". When prompted, she refused to convey whether they had an early check in policy or not. "Check in is at 3:00"! She had all the people skills of a bison in Yellowstone Park!! We'll never come back to The D again, Ever!
