Very convenient location on the strip. Staff was very friendly, and the dealers gave the players confidence to keep going. Rooms were very clean. The bathroom that was next to District 2 elevators smells pretty bad, so we tried to walk through quickly every time. Stayed in District 3 which was right next to the self-parking which was very convenient as we were coming in and out. The parking lot was the most annoying part as the key card never opened the bar to let us out, so we had to constantly ask for assistance (which was quick though). But it was really bad a few times when we waited almost 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot.

While the room itself was fine (definitely not fancy) the hotel itself was not very impressive. Hotel desk clerk was very nice, but few clerks available to check people in. None of the check in kiosks were working. Parking was awful. Drove around in lot for 30 min trying to find a spot. Pay for your parking when you check in or you will be charged $25-35.

- The towels were old and had discoloration, resembling a rug. - The beds were uncomfortable, causing back pain upon waking. - The air conditioning equipment was dirty and full of dust. Please consider this a significant factor. - Housekeeping services were also inadequate . They merely removed the waste & replace the soiled towels.

Central location, we got upgraded to a suite room which was roomy, nice and clean. It was facing the strip which is loud at night but the view and people watching was pretty entertaining

The room was nice for what is was. The location was fantastic. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful and as someone who works in hospitality it is NO WAY to treat a guest.
