I’ve stayed at The D plenty of times. It’s my family go-to downtown hotel, this time I was a little disappointed that I booked a double bed / non-smoking room and when we arrived for check in they said they were sold out of the double bed but could bring up a roll away bed and they had no more non-smoking rooms! It’s like what did I prepay for? I paid my stay in full at time of booking so why would my room not be available
