The room was spotless. The beds were okay. Not terribly comfortable. The only problem is is they don't have comfortable seating in the room. The table they brought into the room was didn't fit the chair so you couldn't sit at the chair at the table. Everything else was excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to use the concierge and they were more than helpful

After having a great Fremont experience out until 2am...we had window washers banging on the windows at 8am...then the was a whole construction team with all their equipment talking loud and banging things around at 9am!! Wouldve rather been on a level without construction or wi dow washing

Our check-in…my family and I were supposed to all be on the same floor and ended up being on separate floors way after the check-in time of 3 PM also please exterminate my room 2740 as the end table closest to the window had little bugs each time I would enter the room - I asked at check-in and the day before checking out for late check-out and you still locked my card key at 11
